...Which means you understand nothing of the circumstances, or as to why I would even like her, due to your own bias against her. Hm.
Hating someone doesn't mean you know the absolute truth about them, nor does loving them mean you'll know the absolute truth about them, as well. Both are subject to rather biased views, and because of that, I can't take a word you say as "true", nor can you take a word that I say as "true", either.
You're welcome to leave. You just make it incredibly easy to let a conversation continue.
I suppose this is true... but I do try and be balance, when possible.
...not quite right, but I don't think I'll bother arguing the point.
It's rather hard to leave... when prompted by a rather long reply. I suppose I should be flattered of a sort... to warrant a reply from you.
...on a side note, that offer to help you with your abilities is still open. Just know that it will likely be rather... grueling... but it would also be rather effective, I believe.
So do I. However, I do admit that some of my perceptions of others that I happen to be attached to, does have some bias, given my liking of them. I am not too biased, however, to ignore the obvious.
You give me something to argue against. I like doing that, at times.
I wouldn't know... but even then, there are the more... subtle elements, which you should be aware of.
...that... actually explains a few things.
Most likely... painful. Depends on what we'd work out. Turning the effect inward... acting as a sort of...oh, what's it called... shock therapy, perhaps. There's a better term for it.
Chances are, I'm a lot more aware of those "elements", than you'd think.
Hm.
...Hm. Turning the effect inward, and "shock therapy"? I guess in a basic sense... To turn the effect of my abilities inward, would be for me to freeze myself. Or am I mistaken with that train of thought, hm?
Mmm... we'd change the nature, of course... but you have the basic idea. It would let you know when you're activating your abilities, and therefore you'd get a better sense of what and how they're being triggered... and would thus gain an understanding of how to control it... or you'd learn to control your emotions. Either way, you'd gain control.
Depends on what we work out... but yes, it probably would be. It is a "penalty" game, after all. There must always be a "penalty" aspect... even if it's made very convenient.
We could, technically, just remove your abilities... however, that would ultimately seem more harmful... in the long term.
Anyway, do let me know if you ever want to do that. I believe you could ask Theresa Ethelinda as well... but it seems like you don't know your specific power trigger as of yet... and this would help you learn.
Naturally, there will be a time limit to the penalty. No sense in keeping it forever. Maybe... a month or two? Always could play again, should you need more 'training'.
