Looked through it. Didn't find anything of use.

I suspect it's just how they generally act to me, regardless. It took me around a month to even make the PDAs stay on, let alone work properly. Hm.

Well, that might be the answer, but have you ever tried figuring out why electronics seem to die around you? Does your cyrokinetics have anything to do with it? Is it possible that you leaked water in it or something? Is it plugged in properly? Ever considered getting a laptop then?

Hm. Not really, never had a reason to concern myself, before. Who knows. It's plugged in properly, and I only have this one, because it's what appeared.

Can't really go and waste money, on something like that.

Well considering how perversely unyielding you were on making a computer work, I wouldn't consider buying a portable computer AKA a laptop to "waste money".

I'd rather make something that I got out of nowhere work, than getting another thing, and then finding that won't work, either.

Good point. Although it raises the question whether or not whomever gave you the computer in the first place knew you were prone to ... incapacitating them somehow. If he or she did, then they wouldn't have spent money on a brand new computer just to have it broken.

They probably didn't. It's not something I usually make publicly known, hm?

Or maybe ... they purposely broke the computer before leaving it in your room just to piss you off! They must like seeing you writhe and squirm in frustration through their telescopes and laugh their heads off when you finally manage to get the computer to start and look hopeful... only to have it shut off a minute later! With popcorn! What an ingenious plan!
